Frequently Asked Questions for the Real Homes Rock Fest

Everyone is welcome to join our free community celebration! Join us for an afternoon of fun! Food, beverages, and crafts will be available to purchase starting at 1:00 PM. Please note that craft sales will wrap up around 8:00 PM, and food service will conclude around 9:30 PM.

o We kindly ask everyone to help us maintain a friendly, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all guests. Please help us create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for everyone by being considerate of your fellow festival-goers. Thank you for your cooperation.

There is NO PUBLIC PARKING at the festival. To ensure a relaxed and seamless experience, complimentary LINK shuttle transportation will be provided to and from the festival site. Please note that parking is strictly prohibited at the event site, and all guests must utilize the provided LINK shuttle service unless they are being dropped off at the Main Gate entrance. Thank you for your cooperation.

o We invite you to enjoy a convenient, quick ride to the festival site on our LINK shuttle. LINK shuttle services start at 1pm and pickup is at our two shuttle parking locations. Click website hyperlink for directions to these Parking Lots:

o The event opens at 1pm and concludes with the fireworks starting at approximately 10pm and lasting until approximately 10:20pm. Shuttle busses run non-stop picking up guests and bringing them to the festival and then at the end of the festival the busses will be returning all guests back to LINK Shuttle Parking areas and will run until all guests have left the festival. Guest must be waiting at the Main Gate location at the end of the festival until they catch their ride back to the Parking Areas.

o Guests may come and go back and forth to their cars as desired by riding the LINK busses. Please be polite and considerate when our LINK shuttles buses.

Guests are welcome to bring a cooler packed with your own food to the festival! For everyone’s safety and to comply with our event permits, please note that all outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.

o Feel free to bring your own, lawn chair, blanket and umbrella.

o Only a few spaces for small tents to be allowed to ensure a clear view for other guests to see the stage. Any person wishing to apply for setting up a SMALL tent, they MUST contact the Festival Organizers no later than June 24th and/or while the limited number of tent locations last. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please call 509-669-6872 to determine if space is still available. These tents are only allowed in the outside margins of the seating area as to avoid blocking the view of other festival guests. Set up time is required before the festival opens to the public and must be arranged with Festival Organizer.

NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED INTO THE EVENT. All coolers, large bags or backpacks, etc. being brought into the festival cannot contain alcohol. Due to Washington State liquor laws and the Golf Course liquor license, outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted to be brought into the Event / Festival. Front gate personnel will request that you open your coolers, large bags or backpacks etc. upon entering the festival. If alcohol is discovered our festival personnel must dispose of the alcohol. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

o The festival will have a nice selection of drinks available for purchase, and we appreciate your cooperation in keeping the event / festival compliant with State and Local licenses.

• No Firearms or Weapons Are Allowed: For the safety and comfort of all our guests, firearms and weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited at the festival. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us create a safe, positive environment!

• There is NO PARKING allowed physically on Saunders Road. Please keep this road clear to allow safe passage for all residents, service and emergency vehicles. Thank you for your cooperation.

o There is limited off street parking where available on Saunders Road that is next to the Pond or Lake. This space is very limited. Guests parking in this location will need to walk to the festival from where they park.

• There is NO PARKING allowed in the residential areas on George Loop.

o Do not park in the residential area! Please keep this road clear to allow the residents in this area to park their vehicles, boats and recreational vehicles and allow safe passage for all residents, service and emergency vehicles. Thank you for your cooperation.

• At the festival entrance there is a Guest Drop-Off Zone for carpooling guests. Please pull forward to quickly drop off your passengers, then proceed to shuttle parking lot to catch the free shuttle to the festival. There is NO TEMPORARY PARKING allowed being at this location. Guests being dropped off must be prepared to be drop off fast and the vehicle to be moved out of this area as to allow for this limited area to remain open. Thank you for your cooperation.
